This regular cache is almost a drive-up cache, hidden just off the
Trans Canada Highway on 10th Street NE in Salmon Arm on the
perimeter of Maguire Park To protect the delicate hiding
spot, please only reach behind to retrieve the cache. Watch for
muggles in cars to and from the H-ospital.
This cache is being partnered with another nearby one, a
micro, that is in McGuire Park. You can walk a short distance
(less than 200m) from one cache to the other to enjoy the park or
drive from one to the other. Not sure if parking is free on 6th
Street though. DO NOT TRY TO ACCESS THIS CACHE FROM THE
HIGHWAY!
If traveling WESTWARD on the highway, you SHOULD ONLY
turn off on 6th Street at the bottom of the hill, passing 10th
Street, as it is a difficult turn to make. Would suggest doing
the partner cache first, then circle around to 10th Street by
driving to 8th Avenue and turning right, driving behind the
hospital, and then taking a right on 10th Street to do this
cache.
If you are traveling EASTWARD you can either turn off at 10th
Street when you see the H (Hospital) sign, or turn off at 6th
Street to do the partner cache first.
