Geocache Description:

During the 2005 Potters Pond Event we went out to celebrate UtahJean's 2000th cache. There was a new cache out there and it was chosen for the milestone. We all mounted up and off we went. The road out to the cache started out innocent enough. After a little while all the fun started. There was one mud pit after another. We would all watch each other cross through them. We finally came to the last but maybe the worst obstacle a giant mud pit. Everyone crossed till there was only Dave and his Subaru. He had been able to manuever his way through all the previous pits but this one stood in his way. We were all quite sure he would never make it. He pulled up and bam off he went straight through.

He came flying out the other side and everyone cheered.

It was then that we noticed that his car had a bunch of steam coming off it. It got washed off but the damage was already done. The engine sucked up some of that mud. Jump forward to 2006 and Dave came prepared. He had is nice new jeep and we persuaded him to follow the crazy trail one more time.
