PAINTED PLASTIC CONTAINER AT THE LOCAL SHOOTING RANGE. CAN BE ACCESSED EVERYDAY SUNRISE TO SUNSET EXCEPT THE 3RD SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH BEFORE 2PM & THE 3RD WEEKEND IN MAY.

I HAD PLANNED A MORE DIFFICULT MULTI-STAGE CACHE BUT DECIDED ON A MORE ELABORATE IDEA. HERE'S AN EASY ONE. THIS CACHE IS TOO SMALL FOR TB'S BUT HAS ONE APPROPRIATE TO THE THEME THAT NEEDS TO BE MOVED ON. THIS AREA IS MAINTAINED BY THE SEVEN RIVERS REGULATORS(7RR), A SINGLE ACTION SHOOTING SOCIETY(SASS) AFFILIATED, COWBOY ACTION SHOOTING CLUB. STEEL TARGETS ARE ENGAGED IN A COMPETATIVE AND CREATIVE COURSE OF FIRE, USING PRE 1899 STYLE FIREARMS AND DRESSED IN PERIOD CORRECT ATTIRE. MONTHLY SHOOTS ARE ON THE 3RD SATURDAY AND THE LARGE ANNUAL MATCH IN MAY FOR 3 DAYS. IT'S FUN & FREE TO WATCH AND EVEN MORE FUN TO PARTICIPATE. ***THIS IS AT THE CARLSBAD SHOOTING RANGE SO CARE MUST BE TAKEN WITH CHILDREN AND PETS.HEARING PROTECTION MAY BE DESIRED***
