Geocache Description:

This has become a stand-alone cache. You do not need to get this one for the bonus cache due to the difficulty. Read the description carefully! Congrats to all who finish this one

The mystery of this cache is in your approach. The prescribed way that it is set up, is to go to the coords given for "the rope" This is a one mile hike along a groomed trail for a ways, and then a foot trail for the rest. It will take you along the rim of a ravine with a creek below. You will find that KillerB has provided you with your mode of transportation that will take you within .3 of the final cache. So get a hold and start your final leg of the trip.
For those that would like to take a much shorter hike, but a bit more daring and maybe a little more exciting, you could go to the #6 cache, and from there head to #7, along the creek bed. It is only .3 past #6. Shorter and more fun, sounds pretty good, and if the kids are with you, you might want them to be wearing bathing suits. There is a nice falls and pool, but please watch them at all times. Using this approach could be a bit of a perilous way to go at times, and only for the sure footed.
I have taken both routes to the cache and have enjoyed each one. Sometimes shorter is not better, but then other times it is. It's the way you get there and back, that makes this cache.
When you arrive in the cache area, you'll see just why I have named it as I have, "The Wrath of Man" Just a few steps one way or the other and it's the beauty of nature. Thanks to the DEC and owners of the land, such as the Swansons, this type of thing is of the past and not the present. So put this area to the back of your mind as you leave and enjoy the beauty beyond.
Those of you that have not completed #6, may want to take the .3 hike and do it now, or return the way you came.
Which ever means you take to get to the cache and back, be sure to have fun along the way.
