Small plastic container. Not far off trail. This park is closed in early spring for a maple sugar demonstration.

Enjoy the walk through the prairie and woods. The nature trail here is very nice (no caches allowed). Cache is hopefully hidden where there are multiple possiblities to make the find more interesting.
I have heard rumors of bee/wasp/hornet attacks in the area. Please be careful (9/1/06).
•The geocache is on McHenry County Conservation District land with permission.
•Absolutely no cutting of brush or other vegetation is allowed.
•Visitors must remain on designated trails until you are right at the cache.
•It is the visitor’s responsibility to orient themselves with the site rules.
•Sites are open sunrise to sunset, however some gates may not be open until 8am.
•At certain times of the year, sites will close for a variety of reasons.
Site may only be accessed through the main entrance for the park.
