Geocache Description:

cache is a lock and lock clone.

The cache is situated on a moraine and above it is a Menhir (ancient standing stone) if you walk further up the track you will see more lateral moraines. This whole landscape was formed by Glaciers, The types of moraine that form landforms are Ground, Lateral, Medial, Push, Recessional and Terminal, how many can you see here?

The Menhir would probably been a marker for the ancient ones to help with there travels. Oh and theres always the Kirk o' the Shee to visit.

One of a series of Caches between Dunkeld and Braemar and Glen Doll.
