Civic Peoples Park is dedicated to local Community Leaders. Jack Washburn' wife Jan taught the neighborhood kids to swim. I was one of them. The park is open from 8:00am until 9:00 pm. There is a 1/5 mile fitness trail around the perimeter of the park. There is a pavillion, bar-b-que grill, playground and a water fountain. There are benches located throughout the park. Animals are not allowed in this park
