One of my kids' favorite things in Highlands was to visit the
large trout that lived in Mill Creek, just upstream from 4th St.
The trout were placed in the creek annually, and a coin-operated
feeder on the nearby restaurant's deck allowed patrons to fatten-up
the fish all summer - some reached 18 inches in length, and were as
big around as a loaf of bread. Unfortunately, the big fish and
feeder are no longer there - although a few native (much smaller)
trout can usually been seen swimming in the creek.
You are looking for a micro cache in an atypical container;
there are usually many people around, so practice stealth - and
please replace the container exactly as you found it.
