Calling all Cachers to the first Kenai Peninsula Meet and Greet
Event! Come on out to the Soldotna Creek Park at the above
coordinates and be prepared to have a great time! We will be going
over some of the rules of geocaching, CITO "Cache in Trash Out,"
plus a couple of games resulting in great prizes! We will be having
a potluck at the park so please bring your favorite dish plus
hamburgers or hot dogs for the grill for your family! Don't forget
to bring your own drinks also! This event will be co-sponsered by
Geocache Alaska and there will be caches put out for all to find
plus experienced cachers to help all newcomers and to answer their
questions! The event will take place rain, shine, or snow, but
please pray for good weather! The event will start a 2 p.m. on
Sunday September 17th and will end no later than 5 p.m. This is the
perfect opportunity to get to know your fellow cachers and there
will be some geocoins available at the event for sure, and possibly
some of the pins! Thank you Northwes and Daddy Ladybugs for that!
The more cachers, the better! Please let us know if you can make it
and about how many there will be in your group! I can't wait to

website. The coins are trackable on
geocaching.com and will
add a custom icon to your profile when you log one.
Pricing as follows:
Bronze - $9.00 each
Silver - $30.00 each (one ounce 0.999 silver!)
Gold - $50.00 each (24K gold relief on one ounce 0.999 silver)
Also for sale for $3.00 each are 1" geopins based on the coin
design. They are available in antique bronze (left) and antique
silver finishes.
