Located along the Oak Harbor waterfront, the cache is a 6x6" Lock-n-Lock container located just a few feet from the road. Be careful when walking over the rocks. As always, be on the lookout for muggles walking by.
From here, you can see the Cascades standing out beyond the Oak Harbor Marina. It's quite a nice place to sit and enjoy the view around dusk on a quite evening by the shore.
NOTE: During strong windstorms, the cache may be removed temporarily to avoid being battered around and washed away from rough ocean conditions.
