This cache is on the grounds of Wild Winds Buffalo Preserve in Fremont, Indiana.
The Preserve is home to approximately 200 American Bison.
The cache is an ammo-can stocked with a logbook/pen/pencil, and Buffalo & Native American themed items.
Be sure to follow the following safety guidelines:
- Do not cross any fence lines
- The above fences are electric fences. Stay at least 6 feet from any fences. The cache is well away from the fences.
- Do not approach the buffalo. They are not cattle, they are wild animals & are dangerous if approached. They are behind the fences. If you follow the above rules, you will have no problems.
- The Preserve is open from Wednesday thru Sunday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please visit the cache only during operating hours.
