Geocache Description:


This cache can be found in the Muncie Fire Fighters Local 1348 Municipal Park.

Every day the men and women who serve as Muncie fire fighters put their lives on the line in an effort to save their fellow citizens as well as property. These are the Heroes Among Us. There have been a number of fire fighters who have paid the ultimate price in performing their duties. This small park includes a memorial to those fire fighters. Take time to pay your respects to these
heroes.

The cache is a bison tube with a log. You will need to provide your own writing tool to sign the log. Watch for muggles, there are many close by.

Muncie Parks are open between dawn and dusk. There is some parking on the street.
