In 1969 I worked on the Hydrographic Survey Ship (CSS ACADIA) based out of Carmonville Newfoundland.
I was a hydrographer surveying Hamilton Sound between Fogo Island and the mainland.
After 37 years, I have returned to visit the area.
I visited Fogo & Change Island and found all the caches on the 2 islands.
Before leaving, I wanted to place a cache on Fogo.
Time was running out and I had to hustle to get a cache hidden before leaving the island.
Cache is approx 200 metres from the Ferry dock at Snug Harbour terminal. It is at the top of the rock ridge.
Cache is a small container with log book, pen and Ontario First Geocache Coin # 400.
