This cache has been archived.

NCreviewer: As there's been no cache to find for a long time, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Geocache Description:

This is an easy, fun cache to find, great place for kids, pets, or just a walk in the great outdoors.

For 18 years my family and I lived in a neighborhood that backed up to this park. We spent hours upon hours walking, riding, running, discovering and enjoying this wonderful park. Your adventure will take you through just a small, but beautiful part of the park. Enjoy the journey!

The above coordinates are for the parking area off Sardis Road. Once in the parking lot, look for the Welcome sign, which identifies the various trail in the park. Each trail has a distance (in miles) to each trail. To figure out the North coordinates for the cache, complete the following:
- add up all the mileage on the sign which is AA.A
- take AA.A and eliminate the decimal point
- now take AAA and add 100 which gives you BBB
- add BBB to the last 3 digits of the North coordinate above and you will have the North coordinate for the cache.

Now for the West coordinates. It's a little play on words, but should be easy to figure out:
- The past tense of eat is _ _ _.
- The single digit equivalent to _ _ _ is X
- Now add X to the last 3 digits of the West coordinate above and and you will have the West coordinate for the cache.

You will follow the walking paths to within 75 feet of the cache. You will cross one of the Weirs, (see photo), and then continue on the walking paths to the crest of a hill, and then it's just a nice short walk in open woods to find it. You do not need to cross the stream bed. Have fun, enjoy the walk. Happy searching...
