Warning: hunt this cache at your own risk.

This cache has been approved by the Washington Conservation director.
Fosters woods is a nice park, thought it would be nice to see a cache there again. Please be sure to cover the cache well as the local kids like the area too and are prone to raiding the boxes.

Foster Woods Overview: - 20 acres; 1 shelter, pit toilet. Picnicking facilities. Hiking and bridle trails. Pond fishing and hunting allowed." As reported on the Washington CCB's website.
I think some people access the area by parking on the shoulder of the road nearest the pond, but the best place to park is at N41°26.923 W91°51.202. Just follow the trail from there to get you close.

Caution: This cache is in or near a public hunting are. Please use extra care if you choose to go geocaching during open hunting season. Iowa's popular shotgun deer seasons are in Decemember.
(Actually this area is supposed to be 'non firearm' hunting only, but I would still suggest wearing orange in season.)
