Barney's Rubble Traditional Cache
SeabeckTribe: This was one that my mother had adopted because at that time she traveled up that way a few times a year.
I don't live close enough to maintain it. I hope that I can get up that way sometime in the next year to get the container.

The Icicle is a popular place for camping, hiking and rock climbing. Beware that there can be rattle snakes in the area!
With friends over on this side of the mountains we come often. When we told them we wanted to place a cache in the area they told us that they knew the perfect place. When they told us what the area was called, the first thing that came to mind was the cartoon "The Flintstones". When we arrived at the location we knew that we had just landed in The Quarry where Barney and Fred worked. We were told that this was a popular place for the rock climbers to park. We placed this cache late Monday on Labor Day Weekend and there was no one around.
You will be looking for a small ammo can. We took an average of coordinates and had a 20' accuracy. Our friends could not tell us how this place got it's name. If you know please share it with us.
