Janpe's Inspiration Mystery Cache
Southerntrekker: This cache has been in need of care and maintenance for some time and as the owner has not responded to recent logs I am archiving it.
The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported. Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center.

This cache is placed in honour of the Cornish cachers that tested
me over a couple of weeks this summer, particularly Janpe and the
"Pirates Treasure Trove" cache. I learnt so much in such a short
space of time and this is to say thanks.
THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE ABOVE LOCATION. THE CO-ORDS ARE THE FRONT OF THE PUBLIC HOUSE - PLEASE DO NOT VENTURE ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE PROPERTY.
At the above location, a box was recently discovered that contained several items. The box was quite heavy but the only marking on the box was "26.55 Kilo".
Inside the box were the following:
A red rose.
A can of de-icer.
A note, with the following handwritten text:
"Dan - Almost there; 134 To go! - Joe."
A postcard from Brecon
A copy of "The Girls Of Llanbadarn"
Once the location is identified, you should be able to gain enough information to decode the following:
