Cache is medium sized pill pot and contains a few small goodies for
exchange, log book and pencil.
It is located in an area of pits, mounds and gullies known as
Nakers Hill Tin mine in one of the remotest areas of Southern
Dartmoor. (This is not a dangerous place with no open shafts or
steep sided gullies)though there are numerous flooded small costean
pits.
The cache is located on the south side of one of these pits very
near to the actual summit of Nakers Hill. It is stood upright in a
small hole in the ground covered with a small flat rock on top to
protect and dead vegetation on top of that to prevent accidental
finding by letterboxers.
(There are numerous Dartmoor letterboxes in this area in rabbit
holes in the sides of the pits and mounds so take an inkpad and
cards for stamping if you would like to collect any of these you
accidentily find as, I am sure you may in the search for this
cache. I found at least seven whilst trying to find suitable hole
for cache.
This cache is designed to be challenging to find and challenging
to walk out to.
Please carefully replace as you found to prevent waterlogging
and accidental finding, Thanks
