Against the advice from Tim(BigRedHeep), I finally decided to place this cache. Even the Ice Caves at Sam's Point don't have ice this long!
For those interested to see the mine, head over to N41° 09.911 and W076° 05.533.
Note-The ice may not stay all year round now because of changes to the surrounding land above the ice mine. The ice mine near Coudersport was ruined because of logging. I witnessed the fact that the ice stayed all year round though now it will be hard to prove/disprove(the ice that stayed was in one of the deepest parts-a part that can't be seen from the fence).
