Help prepare the trails for winter and next seasons biking, remember CITO is not just for Earth Day anymore!
When: Saturday, September 30 , 2006, 9:00am to 12:00pm.
This project will be removing roots and small debris from one of the new trails on the west side of the facility. This is a new area that many people have never seen. The access route is about a 0.5 mile walk over hilly terrain. Please bring clippers, gloves, dirt rakes, water, and snacks or a lunch. This is a great chance to show your support for the Nordic Heritage Center that support Geocaching. The above coordinates are for a map kiosk at the parking lot. There will be someone there to direct you to the lcoation. If you have geocached at Nordic Heritage you know what a great facility it is and it is totally supported by volunteers. So come on out and give a hand to make the place a little nicer for others. There will be time to meet others and talk about some of your favorite adventure as well as learn what you can about the sport of Geocaching.
