This is the Muscogee Fire Tower near Columbus, Georgia. It is in
better shape than any of the towers that I have seen, although it
is secured behind security fencing to keep out tresspassers. The
tower is being used for radio equipment, as are many of these old
structures. The above coords are for the tower, and the geocache
itself is an offset cache. The tower is enclosed in fence, but
there is also a chain link fence that surrounds the yard on the
North and East sides. If you look in the NE corner, about 150'+
from the tower, you will find the LNL box.
***NOTICE
-- Climbing the lookout tower is NOT allowed -- Grafitti and other
defacing is worthless and so unneccessary -- PLEASE respect the
area, and rehide the cache exactly as you found it, or as it is
described by the owner here -- THANK YOU***
