KOSTEL SV. JAKUBA VETSIHO V
RUPRECHTICICH
Kostel sv. Jakuba Vetsiho stoji
na miste puvodniho dreveneho kostelika z roku 1386, ktery
nekolikrat vyhorel. V 16. stoleti se stal evangelickym, katolickym
byl znovu az po tricetilete valce. Nynejsi kostel stoji od roku
1721. Podle zachovanych uctu byla novostavba kostela zahajena
polozenim zakladniho kamene 18. srpna 1720. O tri leta pozdeji 11.
dubna 1723 byl dokonceny kostel posvecen. Autorem je pravdepodobne
Krystof Dientzenhofer.
Stavba je barokni, postavena na protahlem osmibokem pudorysu z
omitaneho kamene. Stoji na navrsi v severni casti obce uprostred
hrbitova. Ke stavbe, ktera je jednolodni prilehaji pozdejsi
pristavby: na vychod sakristie, na zapad predsinka. Zdi kostela
jsou na rozich a obou podelnych stranach zesileny svislymi pasy,
ktere nad trnozem a pod hlavni rimsou zabihaji do vodorovnych pasu.
Zapadni pruceli prechazi nad hlavni rimsou ve vysoky stit. Stit ma
po stranach voluty, ktere jsou deleny parem pilastru s banatymi
hlavicemi ukoncenymi rimsou. Strecha je sedlova s osmibokou vezi.
Puvodne byla kryta sindeli. Hlavni vchod od zapadni strany je 1,7m
siroky a 2,8m vysoky, je pravouhly, ve zdi 1,7m silne, vroubeny
barokne profilovanym kamennym ostenim. Nad vchodem je vsazena
sestiboka mramorova deska s napisem: FILIO / TONITRUI / S. IACOBO
MAJORI / EXCITAVIT 1721 / O.A.B. (Othmar Abbas Braunensis). To
prelozeno znamena :"Synovi hromu. sv. Jakubu Vetsimu zbudoval
Otmar, broumovsky opat". Svaty Jakub a jeho bratr Jan byli tak
totiz samotnym Kristem nazvani pro jejich vybusnou povahu. Nad
deskou je elipticky znak brevnovskeho a broumovskeho klastera.
Kostel osvetluje devet pulkruhovych oken.
Interier je reseny jako jednotny sal - je 16m siroky a 30m dlouhy.
Zdi jsou cleneny peti pary pilastru s baroknimi hlavicemi. Nad nimi
se zalamuji architravy a hladke vlysy ve spodni casti podstropni
rimsy, ktere obihaji kolem celeho salu. Strop je rovny, tramovy,
omitany. V zapadnim poli lodi se opira o dva pilire kruchta. Jeji
pokracovani se nachazi v pavlacovych emporach nad podelnymi
stranami lodi, ktere jsou vroubene ctyrbokymi drevenymi kuzelkami.
Hlavni oltar je dreveny. Na oltari visi obraz Sv. Jakuba Vetsiho,
ktery je dilem ukrajinskeho malire Vjaceslava Iljascenka z r. 1998.
Kazatelna je vysuta, drevena, s reliefy ctyr Evangelistu. Pod
striskou je holubice.
Ke kostelu patri i zvonice, ktera stoji jihovychodne od teto
stavby. Slouzi jako hrbitovni brana. Zvon "Jakub" ma vysku 82 cm a
prumer 64 cm. Letopocet 1721 na pametni desce nad vstupem do
kostela se vztahuje zrejme jen k datu jejiho osazeni.
CHURCH OF ST. JAMES THE BIGGER, RUPRECHTICE
The Church of St. James the Bigger stands on the place of the
original wooden small church, which is mentioned for the first time
in 1386. In accordance with the preserved sources, the construction
of a new church was commenced by laying down the foundation stone
on August 18, 1720. The author of the project was probably
Christoph Dientzenhofer, but the construction works were managed
already by his son Kilian Ignaz. In April 1723, the church was
sacrificed. The abbot, Otmar Zinke in this case, made decisions on
construction of country churches within the monastic estate on his
own,'the costs, however, must have been borne at least partially by
the local parish priests both from the income of the parish and
from contributions of volunteers. For this reasons, churches were
rather simple and plain. As concerns the church in Ruprechtice, it
is a one-bodied building with prolate octagonal floor projection
divided by wide window bays. A new painting of St. James the Bigger
was added to the church altar in 1998, the author of the painting
being the painter and graphic artist Vjaceslav lljašenko.
The church stands on a hill in the northern part of the village in
the middle of a churchyard, the renaissance two-storeyed bell tower
from the second half of the 16th century serving as a churchyard
gate. Most original bells were embargoed in the course of the World
War One. Next to the church, there is also a parsonage with the
emblem of the Brevnov-Broumov abbey pictured above the entrance. In
addition to that, the municipalities of Hyncice and Jetrichov used
to belong to the parish of Ruprechtice.
The Broumov Group of Churches
The baroque churches, the
so-called "Broumov Group", built on the territory of the Broumov
monastic estate in accordance with the plans of Christoph
Dientzenhofer and his son Kilian Ignaz form a unique architectural
landmark of the region. The churches were built in a relatively
short time, in the period 1709-43. They are a result of unusual
building and economic boom initiated by abbot Otmar Zinke - a very
capable provost of the Benedictine monastery of Brevnov-Broumov.
Despite the unquestionable economy of their design, these country
churches bear a seal of uniqueness and creative originality worthy
of the well-known name of its authors -- father and son the
Dientzenhofers. In particular the following buildings are
concerned: the Church of St. Procope in Bezdekov, the Church of St.
Mary Magdalene in Božanov, the Church of St. Wenceslas in
Broumov, the Church of All Saints in Hermánkovice, the Church of
St. Barbara in Otovice, the Church of St. James the Bigger in
Ruprechtice, the Church of St. Margaret in Šonov, the Church
of St. Michael in Vernérovice, the Church of St. Anne in
Vižnov and the Chapel of Virgin Mary (also called the Star) on
the border of the Broumov Cliffs.
KIRCHE DES HL. JAKOB DES GRÖßEREN, RUPRECHTICE
Die Kirche des Hl. Jakobs des
Größeren steht an der Stelle einer ursprünglich kleinen Holzkirche,
das zum erstenmal 1386 erwähnt wird. Der Bau der neuen Kirche
begann nach erhaltenen Geschichtsquellen durch die Grundsteinlegung
am 18.. August 1720. Der Autor der Vorlage war wahrscheinlich
Christoph Dientzenhofer, die Bauarbeiten leitete jedoch schon sein
Sohn Kilian Ignaz. Im April 1723 wurde die Kirche eingeweiht. Über
den Bau von Dorfkirchen in der Klosterherrschaft entschied zwar der
Abt, in diesem Falle Otmar Zinke, alleine, die Kosten jedoch
mussten zumindest teilweise die hiesigen Pfarrer tragen. Eine
Quelle bildeten die Einnahmen der Pfarrei, andere Mittel waren
Mildgaben. Aus diesem Grund waren die Kirchen einfacher und
bescheidener. Bei dem Bau von Ruprechtice handelt es sich um eine
Einschiffkirche mit länglichem Achteckgrundriss und Aufgliederung
durch breite Fensternischen. Den Kirchenaltar ziert seit 1998 ein
neues Bild des Hl. Jakob des Größeren vom Maler und Grafiker
Vjaceslav lljasenko. Die Kirche steht auf einer Anhöhe im
nördlichen Teil der Gemeinde, in der Mitte des Friedhofs. Als
Friedhofstor dient ein zweistöckiger Glockenturm im Renaissancestil
aus der 2. Hälfte des 16. Jahrhunderts. Der Großteil der Glocken
wurde während des ersten Weltkriegs requiriert. Neben der Kirche
steht auch ein Pfarrhaus mit einer Abbildung des Wappens der
Brevnov-Broumov Abteil über dem Eingang. Zu der Pfarrei von
Ruprechtice gehörten früher auch die Gemeinden Hyncice und
Jetrichov.
Die Kirchengruppe von Broumov
Als eine einzigartige
architektonische Sehenswürdigkeit der Region gelten die
Barock-kirchen der sog. "Broumov-Gruppe", gebaut auf den Ländereien
der Klosterherrschaft von Broumov nach Vorlage des Christoph
Dientzenhofer und seines Sohnes Kilian Ignaz. Die Kirchen wurden
innerhalb einer relativ kurzen Zeit gebaut, zwischen 1709 - 43. Sie
entstanden als Folge eines ungewöhnlichen Bau- und
Wirtschafts-booms, aus der Initiative des Abtes Otmar Zinke -eines
sehr tüchtigen Vorstehers der Benediktinerabtei von
Brevnov-Broumov. Diese Landkirchen zeugen, trotz ihrer unbestritten
sparsamen Lösung, von Einzigartigkeit und künstlerischer
Originalität ihrer berühmten Autoren - Vater und Sohn
Dientzenhofer. Es handelt sich um folgende Bauten: Kirche des Hl.
Prokop in Bezdekov, Kirche der Hl. Maria Magdalena in Božanov,
Kirche des Hl. Wenzels in Broumov, Kirche Aller Heiligen in
Hermánkovice, Kirche der Hl. Barbara in Otovice, Kirche des Hl.
Jakob des Größeren in Ruprechtice, Kirche der Hl. Marketa in
Šonov, Kirche des Hl. Michael in Vernérovice, Kirche der Hl.
Anna in Vižnov und die Kapelle der Jungfrau Maria (auch
„Hvezda" (Stern) genannt) auf dem Kamm der Broumov
Felswände.
