Just as the title suggests...this will be a Euchre Costume Party. You do not have to play Euchre or dress in a costume to attend though. There will be plenty of fellow cachers to visit with and the Euchre tournament will not take the entire time. Unlike the last tournament, this time everyone that plays will play the entire time. If you don’t plan to play Euchre, don’t worry…there will be plenty of other cachers to visit with, java to drink and snacks to eat. You can also get a head start on the special caches we will be hiding. These caches will not be eligible to be logged, but you will have a great time finding them anyway. I’ve already started planning where they will be hidden and if you liked the hides last time, wait until you see them this time!
You MUST sign up early to be a part of the Euchre Tournament as there are only 60 spots available for the game. Post a note that you will be attending and how many would like to play. Please email Bad Majec with your desire to join the tournament and the names of players. Details for the way the tournament will play out are still unfolding, however there will be folks at the end of the game that will be declared the winners.
ALL may dress for the costume party. There will be prizes for most creative GeoCostume, Most Original, Scariest, & Funniest. There will also be prizes for the kids for Prettiest, Scariest, Most Original, and Funniest.
We will be providing some snacks, pop, location, and entertainment for $4.00 per person. Full coffee bar available at an additional cost per drink. (Think Star&*#%) Please bring a snack to share.
