FunnyNose: I think this one has run it's course. The new house looks directly to the cache site. I might put in another one sometime..

A couple of my geocaching buddies have been eyeing this park, but could see no way to get into it. I used the city property finder to find out where the right-of-ways are. I entered the park Northwest kitty-corner across the street from 8630 45th Ave NE. Just beyond the guardrail and the rose bushs that someone has planted in the city right away.
I am rating this a terrain 4 as you will be going over a fairly steep embankment. Do not attempt this cache if you don't think you would be able to get back out again. Once you get to the Ravine floor there is an "animal trail" along the stream. The actual cache should be easy to find. It is hidden in a common geocaching spot that should be fairly obvious.
I had a decent 3D satellite lock when I got the coordinates. Please report any variances.
