Solve Puzzle First - Flat - Parking

The idea and the name for this puzzle came from an area that I have traveled many times. A location where the street squeezes traffic into narrows with guard rails and storm drains on both sides. Unsqueeze the coordinates on the picture and find the real location of the cache. Parking is available nearby. Small container - Log and Pencil.
