Geocache Description:


Inspired by the Motorway Mayhem series, A-Road Anarchy are meant to be nice easy stops to break up a journey, and maybe a chance to show off some local features that are normally hidden close to those busy A-Roads.



The Cache is a nano which is hidden at the A1/A421 North bound services.

The roundabout is historic and legendary in the Bedfordshire area. You can not miss it because it is big, newly redesigned to incorporate a new By-pass and has a Big Black Cat sitting in the middle.

There is plenty of parking in the service area giving access to the public footpaths that lay behind the Travel Inn. This cache should not take you more than 10 minutes, giving you plenty of time to stretch your legs if you are on a long journey.


This cache was originally a small lock down container but due to the area being scrub bashed and the cache going AWOL we have had to downsize and relocate.
