This cache can be found just off Quarry Trail in Minnekhada Regional Park. If your GPS is jumpy there is a large fallen tree just off the side of the trail about 3-4 feet in diameter. You DO NOT have to disturb vegetation to reach this cache.
You can park at a number of locations in Minnekhada Park to access this cache, however, the shortest/easiest hike (approx 800m round trip) will start just off the side of Quarry Road at the parking location below. You will want to follow the better of the two trails which starts parallel to the main road.
The cache is an ammo can.
This is the first hide for EastCoastNowWestCoast and is in our favorite park in our home town of Port Coquitlam.
