C3 Finding Jasper Multi-Cache

A park well visited by dog walkers.
A suburban park that is open only during the daylight hours. The sign board gives these hours.
The above coordinates are the location of the park. Walk to the end of the park and you will see two obvious letters. Take the value of these letters (a=1, b=2, c=3...) and add them together. Then add this value to the last 3 digits of the South Coordinate. You will need to also deduct 0.004 from the East Coordinate. This is the final location.
Remember to get the clues for the final cache as well as the parking locations for the cache.
