Podle legendy cerpal ve zdejších lesích slavný nemecký dramatik F. Schiller námet pro své dílo Loupežník a na jednom z kamenu "vysedel dulek" (je to tzv. hrnec zpusobený mrazovou erozí kamene). Na kameni je vytesáno "Schillerstein 1905" - pocta ke stému výrocí úmrtí slavného dramatika.
