Slip Slidin' Away Traditional Geocache

all Paul Simon Fans, this is a series for
you!!
This is the 2nd in this
series. Caches in this series will be titled by Paul Simon
songs. In some cases, it may be helpful to know the song, or
at least listen to it again if it’s been a while.
You can find it without knowing the song, or ever having
even heard of Paul Simon. For those of you who do know the songs
though, this series should be a lot of fun. This time, you’re
looking for a very transparent container roughly the size of a
small ammo can, though you may find this hint unhelpful.
You’ll find the following lyric frustrating knowing that you
cannot, and should not attempt to approach it from the
interstate.

When in fact we're slip slidin' away
In fact, once you’ve found the
right road, and think you know where you’re going, you still may go
slip slidin’ past it and have to come back! Parking is abundant,
but your best option will depend on the day of the week and/or what
time you're looking. This cache was on hietus from December 2007
until May 08 due to construction. Originally it was about 30' deep
in woods that are no longer there. The woods aren't an issue now so
the GPS signal is better as is the approach. We dropped the
difficulty a half point, the terrain rating by a full point, and
dropped the hint. You'll find it in a fairly obvious spot
though.
