You are looking for a bison tube with a magnet

I remember coming out here in my youth. we didn't have any fancy fishing pier. we just made a fishing platform out of old boards and attached to the pilings. well they built this nice harbor and fishing pier. Katrinia took it's tole and now it is closed for repairs. I don't think you need a hint but email if you do.
