Sunset Point on Mt. Nebo provides breathtaking views to the south, west, and north. It is a favorite gathering place at day’s end to watch the sun slide slowly below the horizon, painting the sky in red. To find the cache, you should follow the Rim Trail from Sunset Point a few hundred feet to the southeast to get to a side trail connecting to the Bench Trail. The connector trail (actually, an old forest road) will take you right to the cache. The cache is within 5 feet of the trail.
You will be looking for a small lock-n-lock box. Large enough for a few small trade items or trackables. Be sure to replace the cache out of sight, where you found it!
USE THE TRAIL to get to the cache. DO NOT BUSHWHACK! The terrain in this area is VERY STEEP AND DANGEROUS. And do not search after dark!
