Exit 154 is slightly over 1/2 way between the start of I-90 at Seattle and the end of I-90 at the Washington/Idaho state line.
At times traffic can be very busy on the Freeway. I would recommend that you use the Frontage Road to do this cache. All sections of the Freeway and Frontage Road are straight with excellent visibilty. Please be safe while gathering information. There is ample areas to safely pull off of the road.
At the given coordinates, there will be a sign(s) visible. Take heed to the information. You will need some or possibly all of it to figure out the next wpt coordinates.
