This is an easily accessible cache. Difficulty is set to 1.5 because of the camouflague. Beware of heavy muggle activity. Stealth required.
This container is a small container, slightly larger than a micro. It has two features added to it to make it difficult to find... or so we think.
There is heavy muggle activity primarily during the hours the library is open, and some at night because some homeless people sleep nearby.
Please rehide the cache exactly how you find it to make the challenge last for the next cacher.
