Geocache Description:

Just past the Piestewa summit, off to the west. 1.2 mile hike with 1200 feet of elevation gain.

I always found it strange that there was a peak in Phoenix without a cache atop it. Well, here it is.

The cache is now a camouflaged sealed container.

This is a somewhat busy trail, especially when temperatures are below 100. The location is away from the busiest part of the summit but it is visible from the trail's approach on the South, so be discreet.

Parking at N33 32.373 W112 01.393 and surrounding area. From the website:

Trail #300 - Summit Trail Length: 1.2 miles Elevation: 2,608 ft. - 1,400 ft. (hikers gain more than 1,200 feet in elevation on this trail)
