First find the Pea which contains two numbers, P & Q. These, combined with the number X from the Pod, will lead you to the Can (i.e. the final cache).
Please take care retrieving the Pea and replace it exactly where you found it. If you cannot find it, even with the hint, please e-mail me for a clue. Note that the pea is not a loggable cache.
Once you have the numbers from this and the Pod cache, calculate the final location as follows:
N 53° 56.741' + X(P+3)', W 001° 32.067' + XQ'
[Note: XQ means X multiplied by Q, similarly X(P+3)]
The Can is suitable for small swaps only, and is actually made of plastic.
