Update: The graffiti is mostly gone now, the area has changed a lot since the cache was hidden.
Cache is located near a tunnel that had a lot of graffiti in it.
Not sure how long the graffiti will last though.
Nothing special about the cache contents. Hope you just enjoy grabbing another cache.
