A relatively easy grab with a nice view introducing some to the intricate pathways of Berkeley. This cache is placed on a hillside trail that traverses the upper climbs of the Berkeley Hills. A wonderful area with terrific Bay and City views. Respect for the quiet of the neighborhood is welcome.
Do not be thrown off, this is on public property, a pedestrian thoroughfare. You are permitted to pass here. Just stay on the trail. The cache container is a 48 oz. plastic jar with screw on lid, camo'd to blend in with the surroundings. Big enough for swag and travel bugs. I've placed some moisture absorbing descicant in preparation for the rainy season. Logbook, stash note. Bring your own pen. The terrain is either a 1.5 or a 2 depending on your approach, upper or lower. This is a public path. Enjoy the sights. Congratulations to sdarken for FTF!! Way to go!
