This is a second cache located at Echo Vally Provincial Park. It is adult and kid friendly. We took a couple of 6 and 8 year olds and they made out fine. We did pack a snack and liquids and had a break at the cache site. It took 45-60 minutes at a moderate pace.
The cache is a 4 liter white ice-cream pail.
You can find parking outside the park with just a little extra walking. You can access the area at the top of the valley without paying the access fee.
The hike is a little more work from the bottom of the valley but is very beautiful. We have spent our entire lives wandering this park and the valley so we hope you enjoy the scenery as much as we do.
There is wildlife in the area so if you are quiet you may be lucky to spot some.
