A quick cache at a roadside pullout w/ some history, high tech data collection, and a fantastic photo op (on sunny days).
If the sun is shining prepare yourself for a breathtaking view! We've stopped here many times and it never fails to make us shake our heads. Alaska is truly a magical place!
Perhaps a little goofy--maybe a little wylie--we just thought this was an excellent place for a cache. No need to mess with or touch anything electronic to find this cache. If you stay just a moment and listen and watch, you can see the special equipment doing its job.
This is a small zip lock tub that holds a bison micro container for FTF. In addition it begins with a geobutton, AK thimble, one of my favorite Mepp's lures, AK magnet/thermometer, a frog, a bead bracelet, a little bird, a small fishing float, and an AK key chain.
