The above coordinates are not where the cache is hidden ,to find the right coordinates you have to figure out the numbers below.
When you drive East over the Wright Memorial Bridge , you will come to a few traffic lights and at these lights there are numbers that you have to find to help you figure out the coordinates for the cache.
At Light #1 there is a Garden shop , you need to find the phone number, disregard any area code
At light #2 there is a speed limit posted for the school area
At light #4 there is a BB&T bank you need to find the address
At light #5 there are over head signs you need to know the sum of all the numbers on those signs.
North Coordinates =
36 0?. ???
Add the first 3 digit number at the 1st light to the number at the 4th light
West Coordinates=
75 4?. ???
Add the first 3 digit number and the last 4 digit number at the 1st light and the number at the 5th light and the speed at the 2nd light plus the normal speed on rt 158
Heres where the 3 factor comes into play.
You need to add 3 to one of the coordinates above and subtract 3 from the other one. You will know when you have the right coordnates ,because the cache is only accessible during 8am till Dusk.
