Geocache Description:

Oakes Field, which snuggles up close to the Ordinance Center in South Charleston, has hosted countless athletic activities over the years. There is a fine quarter mile track around the football / soccer grounds. The gates on F Street, 4th Avenue, and 3rd Avenue seem to always be open. The track is used regularly by walkers and runners.

The posted coordinates are not for the cache, but for the very center of the action at Oakes Field.

This cache is based on a stroll around the track. I stopped at six locations around the track and took two pictures at each spot - one of the orange reserved seats in the stands and another of the nearest field lights. Once you get there you will see that the spots I chose are significant and obvious.

Match the two pictures from each location to solve the coordinates of the cache. The numbers to use are on the "Essential Puzzle Clue" picture.

The best time to go would be when there was not a game. Please rehide the cache well, I had fun finding a good hiding spot.
