Starting at Bayside park, this 3 stage multi will bring you through some really nice wooded trails to the final. Be advised that Bayside Park is generally open dawn to dusk. In the summer months it is open until 11pm. You can park at Bayside Park near the posted coordinates. However, I suggest you park at N44 32.542 W73 13.055
The final cache is a good size container with the usual suspects inside. However, it is not an ammo can. The only reason I have rated difficulty at 2.5 is that some stealth may be required at first stage.
