This cache is located at Determination Towers, a short side-trip from the Monitor and Merrimac jeep trail.
You can get to the cache site by mountain bike, dirt bike, ATV, or 4WD. Depending on the route you choose, the terrain rating is somewhere between 2.5 and 3.5, but this entire area is accessible to stock vehicles.
The replacement cache (placed 6/15/2008) is a small round black plastic jar with a screw top. It's a little better hidden than the original, which was muggled twice. New contents include a few plastic toys and some nice handmade bead jewelry.
