This is now a single stage cache. It has been moved a short distance from where it was originally, to keep it safe from muggles, and the maintenance crew. The area could be busy or it could be very quiet, but be careful while searching, because muggles could sneak up on you at a moment's notice. The terrain rating could be lower depending upon your point of view.
