The cliffs of Vratsata


EN: The cache is located about 2 km from the centre of Vratsa, which is a lovely city with long history in the north-west of Bulgaria. To get to the cache, take an easy walk along the river Leva in beautiful surroundings. The cliffs there are favorite place for climbers. Don't panic, you won't need a rope to get to the cache ;-)

As the cache site is surrounded by steep cliffs, the measured GPS coordinates may not be accurate. Check additional hints and pictures for precise location! In summer you may see SNAKES in the holes in rocks. Some snake might "guard" the container, although we've chosen the place with care. Be careful when reaching under the stones.

BG: Кутията се намира на около 2км от центъра на Враца. Очаква ви приятна разходка край река Лева, красива природа. Скалите на прохода Вратцата са любимо място за алпинистите. Но не се плашете. За да откриете кутията не трябват въжета ;-).

Високите скали понякога влошават точността на GPS координатите. Допълнителната информация и снимките ще са ви от полза! През лятото не е изключено да видите ЗМИИ в пукнатините на скалите. Някоя змия може да пази и нашето съкровище :-). Просто бъдете внимателни, когато бъркате под камъните.
