4WD required. If you're going all the way to "Where are we", you deserve to find more than one cache. But this is not for creampuffs.
Great spot for a picnic - but bring your own because there are no creampuffs.
A 4WD will get you to within a very short distance of the cache.
Park at N 32° 33.110 W 111° 06.142 (the same coordinates for "Where are we" parking). This is a large, easy turn around point. Boulders prevent further venturing by Car or truck.
Now that you've made it all the way to this awesome spot - enjoy the view.

This cache is located on State Trust Land. The State Land Department has no problem with this activity, but we ask that participants know the following: A Recreation Permit is required to legally access State Trust Land.
