Scenic views over the Hawkesbury River from this rocky outcrop
An interesting trek up this long abandoned convict built road, commenced in 1826 and abandoned 2 years later. Enjoy the history of the area as you marvel at the lack of planning in building a road that will only be used for 2 years, before being replaced with a better road not far away.
Have a break near where the cache is hidden and marvel at the wonderful views over the Hawkesbury to Wisemans Ferry and down the McDonald River.
