Should be an easy one.
You will be looking for an ammo can with a log book, disclaimer, pens and pencils, and items for trade. The cache is on private property and permission has been granted. The owner is a co worker and friend of mine. He has a side business of repairing lawn mowers. When people would ask him a question and the answer would be yes he would always say Yep. Over time He was nicknamed Yep so he named his business Yep's Lawnmower Service. If you see him in the yard stop and say hi. He likes to shoot the bull.
