Near old railroad grade that provided service to the Independence Valley. In an attempt to "spice up" my caches, I tried to make this one more difficult. Will require a bit of climbing but nothing too taxing ; ) Bring your own writing utensil.
The parking coordinates are N 46 48.352, and W 123 07.345 Here you will see a tree that looks as if the locals have been using it for their own cache, a half rack of Bud Light... Park here if you wish or try your luck somewhere else on the road.
The cache is a plastic container with a camo paint job. Inside you will find a welcome note, First Aid kit, hand sanitizer, two mini flashlights, and a couple of pencil sharpeners.
Depending on which direction you're coming from, your GPS may show that you are very close to the cache from the road. Please DO NOT attempt to reach the cache from this area, there is a very steep drop over the guard rail. Please continue on to the parking coords. and decide where you wish to park from there.
